The Finance Woman is a trading style of NeedingAdvice.co.uk Ltd, registered in England & Wales (Company No. 12978572). Registered office: 107–109 Far Bank, Shelley, Huddersfield, HD8 8HT. NeedingAdvice.co.uk Ltd is an appointed representative of Rosemount Financial Solutions (IFA) Ltd, authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA Reference 535515).

What we collect

When you contact us, book a discovery call, or take our financial checkup, we collect information such as your name, email, phone number, and basic financial situation. When you become a client, we collect additional information required to provide regulated financial advice. This is governed by the FCA rules and our full client privacy notice.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry or deliver the service you asked for
• To send follow-up emails related to services you’ve engaged with
• To comply with our regulatory obligations (record-keeping, anti-money-laundering, etc.)
• To send occasional marketing emails only if you’ve opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time

Your rights

This site uses minimal first-party analytics (Umami) and no third-party advertising cookies. Our Instagram feed is served via Behold.so, which fetches public content from Instagram’s Graph API.
